Local Spotlight
👋Meet Batool
Batool Abu Mayaleh is the founder and creator of Batool Desserts, a home-based dessert business right here in Fishers. Batool Desserts started in April of this year with one simple goal: to create homemade desserts that bring people together.
Batool was born and raised in Amman, Jordan, where she discovered her love for baking at a young age and that passion for baking has grown into a business where she can share it with her community.
She makes every dessert with fresh, quality ingredients. Her menu includes dessert cups, cake pops, chocolate-covered pretzels, éclairs, and custom dessert tables for special events. You can find her famous pink cart at events around town, full of desserts. Just check her Instagram each week to see where she’ll be.
If you visit Al Manakeesh in Fishers, you’ll find her desserts in their dessert refrigerator. Or you can always shoot her a DM to order desserts.
Batool says that every order, every event, and every customer has played a part in her journey, and she’s incredibly grateful for the support she’s received from the Fishers community thus far. She hopes that she can be an example for others to follow your passions.
If Batool had a free day in Fishers she would spend it visiting local coffee shops, supporting other small businesses, enjoying one of Fishers' beautiful parks, and spending time with family and friends.
