The Digest

The Crossing Lofts at Fishers District

Thompson Thrift announced this week that they broke ground on The Crossing Lofts at Fishers District. The new project will offer 273 multi-family luxury units as well as 10,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

The four-story community will include attached structured parking and offer residents walkable access to the Fishers Event Center and the growing collection of dining and shopping throughout Fishers District.

Community amenities will include a resort-style heated swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, thoughtfully designed courtyards with grilling and gathering areas, a pet spa, social hub, coffee bar, focus suites, resident conference space, a Minnow Pod, and more.

The first residents are expected to be able to move in January 2028, and I can’t wait to hear what goes into the retail space.
