Kroger Marketplace

If you’re anything like me, you avoid the Kroger on Olio at all costs on Sundays. Well, this news just might alleviate some of that crowd.
Kroger Marketplace is opening on June 12 at 9 a.m. on 146th and Howe Road; right on the Noblesville/Fishers border.
📍14744 Union Market Dr. Noblesville, IN 46060
At 8:30 a.m. Mayor Jensen will present several hunger relief donations – one is $10,000 in food for Hamilton County Harvest Food Bank.
Then the first 200 customers at the store will receive a $20 Kroger gift card – free. Kroger will also have a number of other appealing freebies, samples and offers for those who are among the first to stop in at Friday’s opening.
A Kroger Marketplace is a larger-format store that often offers clothing, home goods, sushi stations, cheese shops and more.
Kirklin Main Street is hosting an Art Fair on June 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - vendors, antiques, food, coffee, and collectables on a Main Street that actually feels like one. It's a great excuse to finally make the trip up US 421 and see what this town's been building. Get details at kirklin-mainstreet.org.

Southeastern Parkway & Olio Road Roundabout
If you live in Fishers, chances are high you’ve been on one of the busiest roundabouts in the area at Southeastern Parkway & Olio Road. It can be a bit chaotic and actually has a history of frequent non-fatal crashes.
The City of Fishers recognizes this and is going to start construction for improvements to the roundabout this month. Phase 1 will start in mid-June and it will last until mid-July. There will be three total phases, and the project will be completed in November 2026.
Stay tuned for more information and traffic maps as construction begins later this month.
Your 2026 Teacher of the Year
Hamilton Southeastern Schools Corp. named 7th grade math teacher Jordan Teeple as the 2026 Teacher of the Year. Teeple, who teaches at Riverside Junior High, was one of three finalists.
He will now represent Hamilton Southeastern Schools in the Indiana Teacher of the Year competition. He also received a $1,000 award from the Hamilton Southeastern Education Foundation in recognition of his achievement.
You can also check out all the building-level and program Teachers of the Year here.
HSE Schools recently named their 2025–26 non-certified staff members who have been named this year’s Honor & Excellence Award recipients. Non-certified staff represent more than half of HSE’s 2,500-person workforce and serve in roles that keep schools safe, welcoming and running each day.
Free Walking & Running Groups
The Fishers Community Center is starting a running and walking group that is free to both members and non-members of all experience levels starting June 10.
Tuesdays | 6:45–7:45 p.m.
Wednesdays | 8:30–9:30 a.m.

Gluten-Free Baked Goods in Fishers

Apparently I have a sweet tooth writing this section, because let’s talk about another bakery. Reynolds Roost is a bakery that specializes in sweet treats that are allergy-friendly – always free of gluten, dairy and soy, and many treats are also free of other common allergens.
Starting June 18 you can pick up these desserts right here in Fishers. Here are all the details on pickup dates, times and location.
The menu lists all the allergens and looks so good. Give me all those s'mores cookies.
