Home Selling Made Easy*

All pending homes 💯

Kelly Dather and his team continue to manage ways to get homeowners in Fishers top dollar for their home. How?

By creating a custom plan for you. When you first talk to Kelly, he knows you want to get the most for selling your home. He quickly works with you to figure out what makes your home unique. That slight edge that no other realtor would find. It makes all the difference.

The Digest

✂️🎗️ Upcoming Ribbon Cuttings

It’s a busy November for new food options around the city. Here’s the scoop:

🌴 Aloha Hawaiian BBQ will open on Wednesday (at Mark Pi’s previous location)
🍦 Kilwins will open next week at the Fishers District
🎤 The Fishers Event Center opens in two weeks

And technically, a host of additional restaurants are set to open along with the Fishers Event Center.

What are you most excited for?

🎰 Gotta catch 'em all... from a vending machine

It’s hard not to look at them as you leave Kroger

Indiana is on the Pokémon Company’s shortlist of states now blessed with one of these popular Pikachu printers. They operate similarly to a regular vending machine stocked with Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Packs and so many more TCG products. This is the only guaranteed way of getting real products at their intended price, so they’ve come at a great time to help holiday shoppers snag their favorite items ⚡️

Here is where to find them in Fishers:

  • 11700 Olio Rd (Kroger)

  • 7272 Fishers Crossing Dr (also Kroger)

+1 for Fishers 🔴

Fishers HS officially has HSE’s number this year. First, they won the Mudsock game 37-35. Now, they’ve taken the game regional qualifying game 44-41. The game came down to the final minute, making it an unforgettable win.

Next up, Fishers faces Westfield at home on Friday at 8 pm for the IHSAA Class 6A regionals.

If any players are reading: Winning isn't everything; it's the only thing. Good luck! 💪

What’s next for 96th Street/Allisonville

That notorious Michigan left at 96th and Allisonville is now history, replaced by a two-lane roundabout. Which I think (see poll below) is cause for celebration 🎉

But as always, forward progress means looking at what’s next. And since 2007, there’s always been high aims for the area. Here’s a preview of the next few years:

↪ Completion of The River Place project which includes 83 acres of rentals, townhomes, and mixed-use retail

↪ Construction of The White River Park to include 120 acres of riverfront access, trails, a kayak launch, and direct connection to Fishers Heritage Park

Andretti HQ, a 90 acre headquarters and museum just east by the airport

Balmoral Village, a potential redesign of the Balmoral House and land around it

Honesty hour: I never really had a problem with the previous Michigan left. But I also rarely used it. So for those of you who do, is the new roundabout a lot better? 👇️
