The Digest

Get paid to live here

Noblesville is now paying people to move there. You read that right. As part of a $15,000 package, you get the following:

  • Coffee with the mayor

  • A season pass for unlimited golf at Fox Prairie and Forest Park

  • $500 in health and wellness stipends

  • 1-year membership to the Chamber of Commerce and CO-hatch working space

  • 1 VIP Ruoff concert experience

  • A few other things

To qualify, you can’t already live in Indiana, make at least $80k, work remotely, and a few other requirements. These perks seem more tailored to small business owners than the average US remote worker, but hey. Respect Noblesville for trying.

If eligible, would you take the grant and move to Noblesville?

Assuming the requirements to be eligible did not matter.

🌪️ Don’t be surprised

Today is the first day of siren testing. Friday testing will happen at 11 am through October. Please let your dogs know 🤣 Next week will also be a statewide test, so you should hear the sirens pretty much wherever you are.

  • March 12, 10:30 am Statewide tornado drill

  • March 13, 10:30 am Backup statewide tornado drill

The Andretti HQ is coming in 2025

Top-down view of the new Andretti building

Andretti has silenced rumors on their Fishers HQ. It’s coming in 2025. And they have the renderings to prove it! They’re going with a phased approach for their opening. Here’s how it’s broken down:

Phase 1 of the project involves moving their people and operations into the HQ. This phase is expected to open in 2025.

Phase 2 is getting the Andretti Experience online. This is their new Andretti restaurant, museum, amphitheater, and more. It will connect with Ritchey Woods — what kid wouldn’t love walking through the park and then going to a car museum?

The full press release offers more photos and information on their plans.

Fishers Food Florist 🌺

Sometimes, you just want to eat at home. But it’s been a long day. And you don’t want to do any more dishes. I think we’ve all been there. That’s where the Fishers Food Florist comes into play. I got it this week. Here’s the lowdown:

It looks, tastes, and contains ingredients a normal person would have used. The ingredients for everything are on the package, and nothing I couldn’t pronounce without having a degree 🤓. Everything is delivered frozen but made fresh. The pie we got was made the same day which is nice. And it was damn good. So was the chicken enchilada casserole.

Because of their pie, I’m giving it 1 Fishers Digest (Michelin) star ⭐️ If you want to check them out, they’re at 11850 Allisonville Rd. You can also order same-day pick-up on their website.
