The Digest

A library on Olio Road ‼️

The Fishers library is looking to potentially build a new library on Olio Road.

It’s still in the veeeery early stages to figure out what the community wants. So this is one of those times where you should give your input if there’s something specific you would want to see! They’re asking questions about amenities like a coffee shop, study rooms, adult workshops, maker space, and much more.

2025 Budget Public Hearing 👆️

On Monday at 4 pm, the City of Fishers will be hosting a public hearing on the 2025 budget. They’ve somehow managed to keep tax rates the same while increasing the total amount by a cool 20 million. There are a lot of neat things coming like more funding for teachers and neighborhoods, a brand new agripark, and more. So if those things matter to you, you can voice your opinion Monday. Agenda here.

"Is this heaven?" No, it's Del Webb.

Ever dreamed of a home that feels like a permanent vacation? This Del Webb ranch home might just be it.

The star of the show is a glass-covered patio that laughs in the face of seasons. And inside, the kitchen has all the bells and whistles — stainless appliances, granite counters, and an island big enough to host a friendly gathering.

But here's the real kicker - one side of your property is neighbor-free. It's like having your own private park. Picnic area? Check. Impromptu soccer field? You bet. Throw in a versatile bonus room (home office? craft studio? you decide), and you've got a home that adapts to your lifestyle.

And let's not forget - you're in Del Webb.

Ready to see for yourself? Give Kelly Dather a call and view the home here. Paradise is just a tour away.

Do You Know Why Smells Linger On Activewear Fabrics?

It’s because activewear uses tightly woven synthetic fabrics to wick away sweat while you workout.

Unfortunately, traditional detergents use fabric softeners that can coat over sweat, dead skin, & bacteria trapping them inside these fabrics.

So once your body starts heating up… the smell inevitably returns.

ACTIVE solves this by using a scientifically formulated, all natural enzyme blend to break down these trapped contaminants once and for all!

Finally a solution to your smelly activewear!
